Provides non-emergency medical transportation throughout southern Michigan. Will also transport clients for shopping errands, social/recreational activities, employment, or any other legal purpose to and from any drivable destination. Call for reservations Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, excluding holidays. Transportation available 24/7/365 based on availability and advance notice. Office locations in Southfield, Shelby Twp, Ann Arbor, Flint, Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo and Lansing.

Eligibility Requirements:
Direct billing on auto no-fault claims and workers' comp claims. Private pay accepting cash, check, VISA, Mastercard or Discover Card. Does not bill health insurance companies, Medicaid or Medicare.

Service Fees:
Ambulatory: $30 each way + $3.00/ mile (regular business hours)
Non-ambulatory: $40 each way + $4.00/mile (regular business hours)
Wait Fee: $35/hour during the hours of 7:00am - 6:00pm
Rates are higher during off hours
Unloaded mileage fee may apply
Does have a standard wheelchair that can be borrowed by the rider during the trip at no additional cost
